Nitrogen distribution system
Product protection and tank safety
The nitrogen distribution system makes it possible to isolate liquids from atmospheric oxygen, preserving their quality and reducing the risk of unwanted reactions.
The stainless-steel network reaches every tank and is supplied by an autonomous system equipped with a 5,000-litre cryogenic tank and a dedicated evaporator.
Tank level and temperature monitoring
Digital control and smart alarms
Each tank is equipped with level and temperature sensors with remote monitoring.
The data are centralized in real time and integrated with multi-stage voice alarm systems, ensuring prompt intervention and continuous safety.
Tank heating
Continuous thermal control for sensitive products
The tanks are equipped with internal stainless-steel coils supplied with saturated steam generated by methane-fired boilers, and are fitted with an automatic temperature-control system.
This system makes it possible to maintain the ideal temperature for viscous or thermally sensitive products, ensuring smooth and safe handling.
Fire protection system
Active safety across the entire terminal area
The firefighting system includes two independent pumping stations, UNI 70 hydrants, foam cannons, cooling systems, and 700 m³ of water reserves.
This redundant and constantly maintained infrastructure ensures full operability even in emergency situations.
