Reporting unlawful conduct

In compliance with the regulatory obligations set out in Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report violations of national legislation, Silomar S.p.A. has adopted an internal reporting channel which – at the whistleblower’s discretion – allows the use of either written or oral formats.

Anonymity is guaranteed in all circumstances.
